Vocational rehabilitation program

The Medicare Child and Adolescent Care Center offers a vocational program specifically designed to support people with special needs. The program aims to develop the skills of children and adolescents and qualify them to engage in the labor market or community life more effectively. The program focuses on improving functional abilities and life skills, such as self-reliance, communication, and social interaction.

The program includes various training activities covering:
- *Professional skills development*: Teaching the specific skills required by different fields of work.
- *Job training*: integrating children into controlled work environments to enhance their chances of success in the real labor market.
- *Developing social skills*: Training children on how to deal better with others in the work environment.
- *Guidance and guidance sessions*: Providing continuous support and guidance to children to help them overcome the challenges they may face.

The program is individually designed based on the needs of each child to ensure the appropriate support is provided that enables them to achieve independence and enhance their effective participation in society.
